Cable Grips and Swivels
Slingco cable grips, sometimes known as wire rope slings, pulling grips, mesh grips, cable socks or cable stockings are a quick, efficient way to pull or support ACSR / conductor, electrical cables or rope.
Slingco cable socks are reusable (subject to inspection). Our wire rope slings can also be used to support or pull any cylindrical object within their capacity. Standard cable socks are manufactured from galvanized or stainless steel strand or aramid fiber.

Cable Grip naming
The vernacular used to describe cable grips varies from industry to industry and from place to place, but Chinese fingers are sometimes used as a descriptor due to their similarity to the Chinese finger puzzle. Pulling grips and support grips are used by those who take an application led view of the description.
